David Woolston

David Woolston is currently the General Counsel & SVP Corporate Development at FullStory since October 2020. David is also a Founding Member of TechGC since June 2017, an independent, invitation-only, peer community of General Counsels at leading tech companies. Previously, David served as the General Counsel & VP Business Development at Nuxeo from April 2017 to October 2020, where David led legal and business strategies resulting in significant growth and ROI for investors. Prior to that, David was a Legal Counsel at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and an M&A Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates. David's educational background includes a JD from University of Chicago Law School and a BA in Math and Government from William & Mary.
