Nestor NGALIM, CCNP-RS, M.Eng, is a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in network design, support, and troubleshooting. Nestor currently works at Fully Managed since November 2019, initially serving as a NOC/Tier 2 Support Engineer before advancing to Tier 3 support. Previously, Nestor was a Technical Support Specialist at TELUS from July 2018 to November 2019, focusing on customer technical support for the TELUS eHealth Platform, including LAN/WAN networking and VPN connectivity. Nestor also spent nearly a decade at Huawei Technologies Cameroon, starting as an IP Network Operations Engineer and transitioning to an IP Network Solution Engineer, where Nestor contributed to significant network projects. Nestor holds a Master of Engineering degree from the National Advanced School of Engineering in Cameroon and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Buea.
