Randy Rannels

Randy Rannels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and small business management. Currently serving as a Borough Council Member for East Petersburg, Pennsylvania, since January 2021, Randy also owns and operates Taco Wheel Bike Shop and co-owns Geneva Bakery Cafe with wife Linda Rannels. In the telecommunications sector, Randy has worked at Fulton Bank since August 2007 as a Telecommunications Administrator, overseeing corporate communication systems and network operations. Prior experience includes project management roles at G.R. Sponaugle & Sons, Inc., Executone, and various other technology-focused positions, with a strong foundation in business analysis and systems oversight highlighted by a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science degree in Networking Technology from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
