Rose Smith

Rose Smith currently serves as an HR Systems Specialist and previously held the role of Learning and Development Specialist at Fulton Bank since October 2022. Prior experience includes working at Fulton Financial Corporation from September 2016 to October 2022 in HR Employee Services, managing the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to ongoing HR support. Additionally, Rose worked as a Customer Service Representative at Nike for a brief period in 2016 and held positions at Target from August 2011 to February 2016, concluding as a Visual Merchandising Manager after serving as an Apparel Manager. Rose Smith graduated from PA Leadership Chartership School with a high school degree in 2011.
