Steve Horst

Steve Horst has a strong background in the legal field, starting in 2004 as an Associate at Buchanan Ingersoll. Steve then worked as an Associate Counsel at Lehman Brothers Bank/CampusDoor from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Fulton Financial Corporation as an Associate Legal Counsel and eventually became the Managing Counsel & Director of Vendor Risk Management & Contracts Administration from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Steve is working at Fulton Bank as the Senior Vice President, Managing Counsel and Associate Deputy General Counsel, a role they have held since 2020.

Steve Horst attended Lebanon Valley College from 1997 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Steve then continued their education at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from 2001 to 2004, earning a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
