Austin Rittle has a robust background in both management and customer service, currently serving as the Director for Lancaster Improv Players since September 2015, where responsibilities include managing workshops, classes, and shows, as well as prospecting new venues and conducting auditions. Rittle has also excelled in retail banking, holding the position of Senior Customer Service Representative at Fulton Financial Corporation since December 2018, following experience as a Sales and Service Associate at PNC. Previous roles include Direct Banking Center Sales at Fulton Financial and Shift Supervisor at Rotunda Enterprise, demonstrating a strong sales and management track record. Additionally, Rittle has academic experience as a Research Assistant, Tutor, and Orientation Leader at Millersville University, where a Bachelor's Degree in History was obtained in 2015.
