Ana Filipa Castilho

Ana Filipa Castilho has over eight years of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Funcom since July 2020, following roles as an HR Business Partner and HR Generalist. Prior experience includes a Training and Development Specialist at Leroy Merlin, where Ana managed a significant performance evaluation overhaul for 5,000 employees. As an HR Consultant at key talent Portugal, project involvement encompassed prominent trainee programs, client advisory, and recruitment support. Ana's earlier role as HR Psychology Team Manager at cut-e included overseeing a team of consultants and managing talent acquisition and development projects. Ana holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the Universidade de Coimbra and a European Master in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology from both Universidade de Coimbra and Universitat de Barcelona.
