Joan Chase is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and economic development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Fund for Our Economic Future, Joan oversees the execution of the organization's strategies related to job access and economic development. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Allegro, where Joan led a consulting practice focused on strategic advisory services for government and corporate clients, and Director of Place at DigitalC, where Joan developed community innovation spaces. Additional positions held include Vice President for Project Investments at Cleveland International Fund, Project Consultant at Greater Cleveland Partnership, Research Assistant at Cleveland State University, Project Manager at Niagara Homes, and Analyst at Accenture. Joan holds a Master’s degree in Urban Studies with a concentration in Economic Development from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Case Western Reserve University.
