Marcia Lima

Marcia Lima is a highly experienced psychologist with a focus on mental health promotion and prevention within educational and social contexts. Currently serving at Fundação do ABC since October 2021, Marcia provides psychological support to teachers in the municipal education network of Santo André, utilizing individual and group sessions that include reflective practices and integrative health techniques such as meditation. Previous roles include serving as an educational counselor and social psychologist at Instituição Beneficente Lar de Maria - IBLM, where Marcia addressed the psychosocial needs of families in vulnerable situations. Experience also encompasses work with women facing domestic violence and supporting social reintegration through various community programs. Marcia holds a postgraduate specialization in Psychopathology and Public Health from Universidade de São Paulo and has comprehensive training in hospital psychology focused on women's health.
