Raúl Pérez González

Raúl Pérez González is an experienced professional in the fields of employment and training, currently serving as an International Department Officer at Fundación Secretariado Gitano since March 2020, where Raúl coordinates the transference project of the Acceder programme for the employment of the Roma population in North Macedonia. Prior experience includes roles as Employment Department Officer, Trainer, and Employment Guidance Counsellor at Fundación Secretariado Gitano, where Raúl contributed to project design and conducted individual guidance interviews. Raúl also served as a Project Developer at ADL Santa María de Cayón and worked as a freelance trainer, providing workshops and courses in various subjects. With a strong academic foundation in Psychology and Educational Psychology from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, complemented by additional studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Raúl possesses a solid expertise in training and employability assessment.
