Justin Engel

Justin Engel currently serves as the VP of Strategy at FUNDAMENTALco since December 2024. Prior to this role, Engel was the Strategy Director at Johannes Leonardo, where contributions were made to Volkswagen, and at Droga5, focusing on Aspen and Meta. Engel has also held positions as Associate Director and Senior Strategist at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, working on projects for INFINITI and SOREL. As Lead Strategist at Victors & Spoils, engagement included Vail Resorts and Sphero. Earlier experience includes a Strategist role at Egg Strategy, contributing to brands like Hard Rock and Starbucks, and an Associate position at SkyBridge Capital during the SALT Conference. Engel's career began at Ogilvy & Mather, where roles included Global Account Executive and Digital Strategist, working with clients such as IKEA and Pfizer, and further back as a Government Markets Research Assistant at Dutko Worldwide. Engel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University.
