Evyatar Belson currently serves as the Director of Business Operations at FundGuard since September 2024, following a tenure as Head of Global Business Operations at Pagaya where the focus was on expanding financial inclusivity through advanced technology. Prior to Pagaya, Belson was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, leading teams in identifying growth opportunities and executing strategic transformations for major companies. With earlier experience as an engineer at ExxonMobil, overseeing complex engineering projects and operations, Belson possesses a robust background in both engineering and business strategy. Educationally, Belson holds a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
