Nicola Carter has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Nicola is currently the Chief Product Officer at Further Group, a position they assumed in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at AmTrust Europe Limited from 2013 to 2022, holding the roles of Underwriter & Product Manager and European Marketing Manager Accident & Health. Before that, they worked at Cigna HL&A Europe as the European Marketing and Communications Manager from 2011 to 2012, and as the European Marketing Manager from 2007 to 2011. Nicola also gained experience as the Marketing Manager at Cigna Healthcare Spain from 2004 to 2007 and as a Product Manager at Sanitas from 2001 to 2004. Early in their career, they served as a Product Manager (Southern Europe) at IBP Ibérica S.A. from 1999 to 2000. Nicola started their career with a Graduate Training Scheme at Delta Group PLC from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they held various jobs during their teenage years from 1987 to 1992.
Nicola Carter completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aston University between 1992 and 1996.
