Alice O. has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Alice began their career as a Software Developer at Caribou Lake Software from 1999 to 2002. Alice then joined Verizon Wireless World as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions from 2002 to 2011.
Following their time at Verizon, Alice worked as a District Manager at Public Storage from 2011 to 2014. In this role, they managed a portfolio of multi-unit locations, focusing on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Alice then transitioned to eRepublic as an Account Executive from 2014 to 2016. In this position, they were responsible for sales of eRepublic products and services to state, local, and education markets. Alice maintained strong relationships with customers and coordinated sales administrative tasks.
In 2016, Alice joined the California Department of Social Services as a DPM I/Web & Mobile Application Manager. Alice led a team in the development and maintenance of web and mobile system applications, utilizing agile and DevOps methodologies.
From 2018 to 2019, Alice worked at the California Department of Health Care Services as an Information Technology Manager I/Product Development Manager. Alice led a digital service team and facilitated the successful implementation of modular digital services solutions for the modernization of the CA-MMIS healthcare system.
In 2019, Alice joined Sutter Health as a Product Development Manager. Alice was responsible for developing and managing product roadmaps aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Alice collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and launch new healthcare products and services.
Currently, Alice is the Director of Products at TD&D Consulting Group. In this role, they manage and executes multiple technical programs and projects. Alice leads cross-functional product initiatives and oversees the complete product lifecycle from ideation to market launch.
Throughout their career, Alice has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and technical skills across different industries and has consistently delivered successful results.
Alice O. has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Healthcare Management with a concentration in Health Data Informatics & Analytics from the University of Denver. Alice also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science & Quantitative Methods from the University of St. Thomas. In addition to their academic qualifications, Alice has obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC), both from the Scrum Alliance.

FUSE is dedicated to freeing our country from the social and economic barriers to opportunities that have been perpetuated by a history of systemic and institutionalized racism. We partner with local governments and communities to more effectively address pressing challenges by placing experienced professionals in local government agencies. These FUSE Executive Fellows lead strategic projects that are designed to accelerate progress and advance racial equity. We are also dedicated to sharing the insights that emerge from our work to inspire all civic leaders to think and act differently in their efforts to achieve systemic change. Our work focuses on issues such as affordable housing and homelessness; workforce training and living-wage jobs; pandemic response and health equity; education reform and digital access; public safety and justice reform; climate resilience and green infrastructure; and more. FUSE has worked on over 250 projects in 42 cities and counties across 18 states serving a combined population of 25 million people. The majority of our alumni continue to work in civic leadership and nearly all our government partners return each year with requests for additional projects.
