Michelle Pascucci has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michelle is currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at FUSE Corps, a position they took on in January 2022. Prior to this, they held senior and managerial roles in finance and operations at FUSE Corps since January 2020.
Before joining FUSE Corps, Michelle worked at KQED starting in 2014. Michelle's previous experience includes positions at Acumen LLC and Ashford University. At Acumen LLC, they worked as a Financial Operations Specialist from August 2013 to July 2014 and as a Finance Administrative Assistant from November 2012 to July 2014. At Ashford University, Michelle served as an Admissions Counselor from October 2011 to August 2012.
Additionally, Michelle worked as an AuPair for a Private Family from August 2010 to August 2011 and as a Policy and Administrative Assistant at the Hemophilia Federation of America from October 2009 to July 2010.
Michelle's earlier experience includes roles at Chapman University where they served as a Senior Lead from August 2008 to May 2009 and as a Student Assistant from August 2008 to May 2009. Michelle also worked as a Resident Advisor from August 2006 to May 2009, during which they took on the additional responsibilities of Director of Community Relations for Associated Students from August 2007 to May 2008.
Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated strong skills in finance, operations, project management, customer service, and community relations. Michelle has a track record of successfully managing teams, budgets, and projects across various organizations.
Michelle Pascucci attended Chapman University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations.

FUSE is dedicated to freeing our country from the social and economic barriers to opportunities that have been perpetuated by a history of systemic and institutionalized racism. We partner with local governments and communities to more effectively address pressing challenges by placing experienced professionals in local government agencies. These FUSE Executive Fellows lead strategic projects that are designed to accelerate progress and advance racial equity. We are also dedicated to sharing the insights that emerge from our work to inspire all civic leaders to think and act differently in their efforts to achieve systemic change. Our work focuses on issues such as affordable housing and homelessness; workforce training and living-wage jobs; pandemic response and health equity; education reform and digital access; public safety and justice reform; climate resilience and green infrastructure; and more. FUSE has worked on over 250 projects in 42 cities and counties across 18 states serving a combined population of 25 million people. The majority of our alumni continue to work in civic leadership and nearly all our government partners return each year with requests for additional projects.
