Dennis Crosser

Dennis Crosser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various sectors. As the Vice President of Support Services at Fuse5 Automotive Software since October 2012, Dennis oversees the Support Services team, facilitating the onboarding of new clients and developing training materials. A retired Master Sergeant from the United States Army Reserve, Dennis has significant military experience, including leadership positions during deployments in Iraq. Previously, as General Manager at Alorica, Dennis managed several contact centers, ensuring performance and financial success. An Operations Manager at Access Direct, Dennis was instrumental in achieving substantial revenue growth, and at APAC, Dennis distinguished as a call center manager with impressive performance metrics. Educationally, Dennis holds an MBA from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a BA in Sociology from the University of Iowa.
