Latanya Smith

LaTanya Smith, MBA, PMP, CSM, CSPO, is an accomplished Project Management Consultant at Fusion Alliance since March 2015, specializing in large and complex HR and HRIS projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Notably, LaTanya spearheaded the global implementation of Cornerstone OnDemand, impacting approximately 100,000 end users, and led operational efforts to enhance processes in the North American region. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Anthem, Inc., where LaTanya managed a $3M HRIS project and advanced through multiple positions, demonstrating exceptional strategic leadership.
