Dylan began their professional career at Fusion Auto Finance in 2018, starting as a Marketing Associate before being promoted to Marketing Manager in 2020. In these roles, they led the formation of a 3-person Marketing Team and implemented efficient procedures to achieve marketing, branding, design, content, and messaging goals. Dylan also designed marketing collateral, managed social media accounts, and enhanced the company's online presence.

Prior to Fusion Auto Finance, Dylan worked at the Jersey Shore BlueClaws.
