Frederic Dickey

Frederic Dickey is an experienced technology executive with extensive expertise in product management and customer success. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Product Management at Fusion Connect since April 2024, Frederic previously held notable roles at Sangoma Technologies, including SVP of Customer Success and Enterprise Solutions, VP of International Sales, and VP of Cloud Services. Frederic's tenure at Sangoma also included overseeing professional services offers, technical support operations, and online marketing strategies. Prior to Sangoma, Frederic held various leadership positions in companies such as Paraxip Technologies, Kallastra, NMS Communications, and Lucent. Frederic holds a B.Eng Honours in Electrical Engineering from McGill University and completed the Network Engineering Program in Telecommunications at the University of Toronto.
