Hector Cedeno has work experience as a Network Operations Engineer at FusionConnect since 2014. Additionally, they provided support to users on system security and best practices of utilization.
Hector Cedeno earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College, where they studied from 1999 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they also obtained various certifications including Cisco CCNA Security from Cisco in December 2016, MCSA from Microsoft in February 2014, MCSA: Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft in January 2014, Cisco CCNA R/S from Cisco in November 2013, and Network+ from CompTIA in October 2013.
