Charlotte Xia is a Senior Analyst at Fusion Fund. After graduating from Stanford University, she started her career at Formlabs in its early days before unicorn status, where she wore many hats from materials engineering to product management, from quality management systems to regulatory strategy. Her love for MedTech led her to the next role at SmileDirectClub. There she was the only woman leading a research team to build a novel digital solution for the profession more than 100 years old - dentistry, using industrial automation, AI, and materials science.
Charlotte loves to explore how to find the real pain points, and scale technology from the lab. Having seen the revolution in healthcare, she believes in digital transformation for more industries, and she is excited to meet entrepreneurs innovating at the intersection.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys outdoor activities, such as skiing and scuba diving.
