Kristi Tarr has extensive experience in finance, data analysis, and team management. Currently serving as a Manager and Sr. Data Analyst at FustCharles since November 2017, Kristi previously worked as an Analyst Contractor at ACS Group supporting National Grid's Retail Connections Policy and Standards group. From February 2016 to March 2017, Kristi led a team as Commissions Manager at Carousel Industries, overseeing substantial commission payouts. Kristi's long tenure at the American Red Cross included roles such as Finance Manager for IT and Biomedical projects, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing significant budgets and implementing costing models for blood services. Kristi began the career as an Administrative Assistant at MCI Corporation and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Saint Leo University.
