Hannah Pickard is an experienced professional in capital markets and trading education, currently serving as Vice President of Capital Markets at Futures First since June 2024. Prior to this role, Hannah held positions including Training Delivery Manager at OSTC Markets, and Head of Professional Trader Qualifications & Development as well as Head of Education at ZISHI Cornerstone from 2018 to 2023. Earlier experience includes a tenure at OSTC Ltd., where responsibilities included overseeing operations for a significant trading floor, risk management, and trader training, as well as working as a proprietary trader focused on commodity derivatives and financial futures. Hannah's career began as Operations Manager at Gower Heritage Centre, managing a rural life museum. Hannah holds a BSc with Honors in Business Management from Cardiff University, completed in 2009.
