Alexander Kellman is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in operational management and leadership within the Barbados Defence Force. Currently serving as the Deputy Regional Coordinator for the SEACOP VI - Seaport Cooperation Programme, Alexander coordinates activities across 13 Caribbean countries focused on combating maritime illicit trade and organized crime. In addition, Alexander is a consultant for FutureBARBADOS, a transformative initiative aimed at empowering youth and improving national policies. As the owner of Lex Consulting Barbados and a commissioned naval officer, Alexander has held various leadership roles over a 15-year career, including Commanding Officer of multiple Coast Guard vessels and divisional oversight of operations. Alexander's educational credentials include an MBA in Project Management and a BSc in Electronics and Meteorology, complemented by postgraduate studies in Command and Leadership.
