Natalie Smith

Natalie Smith is an experienced learning designer with a diverse background in instructional and media design across various educational institutions and organizations. Currently serving as a Learning Designer at FutureLearn since March 2023, previous roles include Senior Instructional Designer at Sales Impact Academy and Senior Learning Programme Designer at Aula. Natalie has contributed to innovative learning strategies at Imperial College London and has expertise in blended learning experiences from time at Freeformers. Early career experience includes roles at The University of Queensland and The Open University, where a strong foundation in technology-enhanced learning was established.
