Julia Ruffer currently serves as Team Lead for People & Culture at Futurepath, focusing on individual growth and organizational success through strategic business partnering, talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Julia held various positions at Cosuno, including HR Strategy Lead, HR Business Partner, and People Operations Manager, where strategic HR initiatives were developed and implemented to align with business objectives. Julia's early career experiences include an internship in labor law at DB Engineering & Consulting, employer branding and strategy consulting at YNovation, support roles at Saint-Gobain, and working student positions in HR and marketing across several companies. Julia earned a Master of Arts in Labor and Human Resource Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, complemented by an international semester at the University of Valencia.
