Currently serving as Principal Advisor at Futuresafe Technologies since June 2022, Sharma focuses on advocating for consumer interests through government utilities and Electricity Regulatory Commissions. Previously, as Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs at Bajaj Energy, Sharma managed regulatory operations for significant power plants. Extensive experience also includes a General Manager position at Ratnagiri Gas & Power Pvt Ltd and leadership roles at NSPCL and NTPC, where responsibilities encompassed commercial operations, regulatory affairs, tariff negotiations, and customer relationship management. An engineering graduate from MBM Engineering College, Sharma further holds an MBA in Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University and has specialized training in the operation and maintenance of thermal power stations.
