Russ Schoen serves as the Chief Collaboration Officer at Foursight, where support, training, and coaching of practitioners in the FourSight thinking system are primary responsibilities. Russ works to simplify the integration of deliberate creativity and innovation in practice. With extensive experience in the field, Russ also holds positions as a Neurocolor Consultant, Senior Facilitator at futurethink, Chief Facilitator & Trainer at Mindgarden Innovation, and Adjunct Professor at the International Center for Studies in Creativity. Additional roles include Adjunct at the Center for Creative Leadership, Director of Innovation for Foursight: The Breakthrough Thinking Profile, and Consultant for Innovation Bound. Russ is a Partner at both Sherlock Creative Thinking and Gatehouse Alliance. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Creativity, Innovation, and Change Leadership from Buffalo State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emory University.
