Mary Hinesly is a Professor of Executive Education at the Management and Organizations department of the Ross School of Business, having held this position since January 2023. With a tenure at the Ross School of Business since 2004, Mary serves as the Department Chair for Business Communication, Emeritus, Faculty Director of the Ross Summer Business Academy, and a Faculty Associate at the Center for Positive Organizations. Recognized for teaching excellence, Mary has received the Ross School of Business Neary Teaching Excellence Award and was named a Favorite Business Professor in the U.S. by Poets & Quants. In addition to academic roles, Mary serves as an Advisor for chargeFUZE and has contributed as a Faculty Advisor for the MBA/BBA Michigan Business Women. Educational credentials include a Doctorate of Business Administration with a focus on Social Media from Grenoble Ecole de Management and training from Eisenhower and Michigan State University.
