Joseph began a career in HR as Executive Personnel and Admin at Poysha Industrial Company Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Bharathidasan University, a Bachelor of Law from the University of Madras, and a Bachelor of Science in Botany, also from the University of Madras.
