Al Najib Amin

Al Najib Amin is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience in the insurance and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition Partner, Employee Relations & Engagement at FWD Insurance since June 2023, responsibilities include hiring for Takaful and insurance roles, business partnering, employer branding, and managing the learning and development function. Prior experience includes leading a recruitment team at RHB Banking Group from December 2020 to June 2023, as well as roles at Accenture and Daythree, where Al Najib focused on HR support and operations. Al Najib began a career in human resources at Guardian Malaysia, responsible for supporting operations across Malaysia and Brunei. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Mass Communication from Universiti Teknologi MARA and STPM in Business Studies from SMK Tengku Ampuan Rahimah.
