Darwin Orendain, ALMI, AFSI, has extensive experience in the insurance industry with a focus on customer experience and operational excellence. Currently serving as Contact Centre Manager at FWD Insurance since June 2019, Darwin successfully led cross-functional teams that contributed to the company being recognized as the top life insurance provider in KPMG’s Customer Experience Excellence in 2023.
