Julian Howes

Julian Howes serves as the Group Head of HR Technology and People Analytics at FWD Insurance, where responsibilities include leading the HR technology and people analytics strategy to enhance HR digitalization and automate HR processes. Previous roles include Director of Group HR Transformation and Analytics at AIA, and experience at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd where significant contributions were made in HR services and transformation design. With a career spanning over two decades, Julian has held various leadership positions focused on HR technology, organizational capability, and process improvement across multiple sectors, including insurance and energy. Educational qualifications include Chartered Fellow status from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Postgraduate degree in HR Management.
