Supaporn Chullawongsasilp has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. They started their career at Datamat Group as a Senior IT Helpdesk, providing end-user support for various companies and troubleshoot problems on different applications. They then moved on to TOYOTA TSUSHO SYSTEMS (THAILAND) Co., Ltd., where they served as a Regional Helpdesk Manager, providing first-level support and managing daily operations.

After that, Supaporn joined G-ABLE Company Limited as an Account Delivery Manager, responsible for managing project teams and delivering IT services to customers. They then worked at TMB Bank PCL as an Assistant Vice President of IT Service Management, where they led the operational activities of the IT Service Desk and ensured user satisfaction.

They then joined Tokio Marine Safety Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited as an IT Operations Manager, accountable for the technical aspects of services delivered by the IT Infrastructure and Operation team.

Currently, Supaporn is serving as the Deputy Vice President, Lead of IT Service & Support at FWD Insurance. In this role, they manage a team to support incidents, provide IT security support, and oversee IT service requests and user profiles.
