Bharadwaj Srinivasan

Bharadwaj Srinivasan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, operations, and strategic business management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Fyle since July 2019, Bharadwaj previously held key positions at Soroco as Head of Operations and ANZ in Strategic Business Management, where significant initiatives included establishing a technology delivery capability of approximately 200 roles and implementing a pay-per-use print solution for 2,500 staff. Bharadwaj has been recognized with global awards for excellence in managing transformation programs and print solutions. Additional roles include Chief of Staff to the CEO at Logica India, participation in business consulting projects at Illinois Business Consulting, and technology leadership at Celstream Technologies. Bharadwaj holds an MBA in Marketing and Operations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
