Tushar Saroch

Tushar Saroch is currently serving as the Customer Support Manager and Team Lead for Customer Experience at Fyle since May 2023. Prior to this role, Tushar was the Customer Service Team Lead at Flyhomes from May 2019 to May 2023, where leadership focused on enhancing client experiences and driving process improvements. Tushar gained valuable experience as a Senior Operation Expert and Risk Investigator at Amazon from December 2016 to May 2019, specializing in operations and real estate research. Tushar began a career as an Associate Data Analyst at GlobalLogic, contributing to projects related to Google Shopping and Google Music from July 2015 to December 2016. Tushar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev University, obtained in 2015.
