Julien holds an IT Bachelor's degree from Haute Ecole d'Enseignement Supérieur de Namur and multiple Oracle certifications, including Java SE 6 Programmer Certified Professional and Oracle Java Business Component Developer Certified. Skills include Java Fullstack development, PostgreSQL, Gitlab, Docker, and Cypress.
