Jerry A. Orozco

Jerry A. Orozco is an experienced senior director specializing in B2C commercial strategy and customer operations, currently serving at Liberty Latin America since August 2021. Orozco directs customer service channels, loyalty, and retention platforms for Cable & Wireless Panamá and previously led similar functions for Liberty Latin America in Costa Rica. Prior to this role, Orozco held several significant positions at Telefónica, including Country Commercial Leader for Costa Rica and leader of commercial operations across Central America. Orozco's earlier experience includes roles at DISNISA, Innovative Trade Services, and Envases Plasticos SA. Orozco holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Information Technology and an MBA from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, as well as a Master of Science in Marketing from Aden Business School.
