Guy has a strong background in providing strategic guidance to executive teams, leading international reward initiatives, and managing large-scale transformations within organizations. Guy began his career at the Australian Bureau of Statistics and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Economics from The Australian National University.
