Scott Solkhon has a strong background in cloud technology and engineering. Scott began their career in 2013 as a Technical Support and Junior System Administrator at Freezone Internet, where they gained experience in troubleshooting and system administration. In 2015, they joined Sky as a DevOps Engineer, responsible for building and maintaining a Cloud Foundry based Platform as a Service. Scott'stasks included supporting and troubleshooting queries, developing new services and features, and maintaining cloud services such as MySQL, Postresql, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ. In 2018, Solkhon joined G-Research as a Cloud Engineer before being promoted to Senior Cloud Engineer and eventually becoming the Cloud Tech Lead.
Scott Solkhon attended Greensward Academy from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained their GCSEs. Scott then studied at South Essex College from 2009 to 2011, earning a BTEC National Diploma in IT Practitioners. Finally, Scott attended Kingston University from 2011 to 2015 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Computer Science.
