Tom Wall has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tom most recently worked at G-Research as the Head of FP&A, Commercial and Strategic Finance. Prior to that, they held several roles at Micro Focus, including Divisional CFO and Head of Group FP&A, Director of Finance - Group FP&A, and Director - Management Reporting and Analysis. Before joining Micro Focus, Tom worked at Danone as the Head of FP&A (UK & Ireland - Nutricia), Western Europe Controller (Advanced Medical), and Business Planning Manager (UK Advanced Medical). Tom also has experience at the NHS, where they served as a Senior Finance Manager (Financial Recovery and Strategy), and at the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, where they participated in the Financial Management Graduate Scheme. Tom began their career as a Financial Market Analyst at Reuters.
Tom Wall completed the EMEA Next Generation CFO Programme at Deloitte in 2022. Tom also obtained a degree in ACMA from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants between 2004 and 2007. Furthermore, Tom Wall earned a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Exeter from 2000 to 2003.
