Jaz D'Avola - Assoc CIPD has a strong background in recruitment before transitioning to the field of learning and development. They started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at G2 Recruitment Solutions, where they gained experience in both contract and permanent sourcing for international markets. They later became a Senior Recruitment Consultant, managing a team of six and specializing in various sectors such as IT, engineering, and pharmaceuticals.
In 2015, Jaz moved to Experis UK as a Business Development Executive, focusing on building client relationships. They then returned to G2 Recruitment as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant in 2019. In this role, they were responsible for training and development across sales teams in the UK and Amsterdam, as well as conducting inductions for new starters.
Jaz's experience in learning and development continued to grow as they took on roles such as Learning and Development Lead, Interim Head of Learning and Development, and currently the Head of Learning and Development at g2 Recruitment. In their current position, they oversee the learning and development of the sales department, support the IR and BD departments, and have implemented a new onboarding program.
Throughout their career, Jaz has demonstrated expertise in people management, course creation, agile training, and upskilling teams. They have a comprehensive understanding of sales systems and have successfully contributed to the design and implementation of learning programs.
Jaz D'Avola obtained a Bachelor's degree in Drama Studies from Bath Spa University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, their education history is not available, as there is no information provided about their time at Royal Manor Arts College.
