Taryn Jones Laeben

Taryn Jones Laeben is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in advisory and investment roles within the startup ecosystem. As the Founding Partner and President of IRL Ventures since January 2019, Taryn focuses on building operational excellence in early-stage companies. Current positions include Chief Executive Officer of Nisolo, President of HealthyBaby, and Board Advisor at Paradero Hotels. Additional advisory roles encompass Executive Advisor positions at Jinx and Cooper Parenting, alongside an Executive Board Member role at Getaway and an Executive Advisor position at Zeera, both concluding in early 2025. Recent contributions include serving as a Board Member at CAMP, a family experience company. Taryn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and attended The Hotchkiss School.
