Scott Ross

Scott Ross, MBA, serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Gabes since June 2023, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, strategic planning, and treasury functions. Prior experience includes serving as an Advisory Board Member at Workestra.ai, providing WFM expertise from May 2023 to June 2025, and holding various finance leadership roles at Giant Eagle, Inc. from December 2019 to April 2023, including Vice President of Finance for Transformation where responsibilities included managing the global FP&A function and enterprise strategic plan financials. Previously, Scott held finance leadership positions at L Brands, Victoria's Secret, Limited Brands, and Bath & Body Works, focusing on operational efficiency, financial analysis, and team management. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Finance from Bowling Green State University and an MBA in MIS from the University of Dayton.
