Anna Frenzel

Anna Frenzel is the Vice President overseeing REIT, JV, and Third-party assets in Denver, Colorado and the surrounding area. Hailing from Cheyenne, WY., Anna started as a leasing agent in 1998, and is now a seasoned multi-family professional with over 18 years of diverse property management experience in all facets of Development, Market Research, Lease Up, Asset Positioning, and Multi-site Management. She has been the recipient of multiple recognitions including; 2014 Top Revenue Growth for Lease-up Properties; 2012 Highest Total Revenue Growth (Denver Market); 2006 & 2005 AMA Property Manager of the Year Nominee. Anna is an active participant in local and national industry associations, earning designations at the Institute of Real Estate Management as an ARM, CPM candidate, and also an NAA- CAPS current candidate. Additionally, she served as the Vice-Chair on the board for the IREM ARM committee in Phoenix, AZ. Anna studied business management and psychology in Wyoming and now lives in Denver with her husband and 3 children.
