Dennis joined the company's predecessor, Trammell Crow Residential, in 1986 as a Division Controller, and from 1989 to 1994 was the Chief Financial Officer for operations in Texas. He is an active member of the Texas Apartment Association. Dennis is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Texas.
