Will Gosnell

Will Gosnell serves as Vice President of Internal Audit for Gables Residential. In this position, Will supervises the Internal Audit Department, which is responsible for all internal audit activities and coordinating audit practices and procedures with Gables Third-Party Operations. Additionally, Will coordinates compliance with the company’s Affordable Housing programs and residential management procedures. Prior to joining Gables in 2000, Will worked with the internal audit department at Blockbuster Video Entertainment and as an operations analyst with the Mervyn’s division of Dayton-Hudson Corporation (Target). Will is an active participant of his professional community as a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) serving both on the Atlanta Board of Governors and Chief Audit Executive Roundtable. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a graduate of Louisiana State University.
