Daniel Ackerman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa. With experience in various roles such as Service Coordinator at Clearbrook and Director of Clinical Operations at The Family Institute at Northwestern University, Daniel currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Gads Hill Center and Pop Digital Marketing, where Daniel works to implement effective digital marketing strategies and provide healthcare consulting services through Link1 Healthcare Solutions.

Our Programs Gads Hill Center supports low-income families on the west and southwest sides of Chicago. We currently work with more than 4,000 children and their families by providing high-quality, accredited programs and services: • Early Childhood Education: Empowers parents to be their children’s first teachers with early childhood development resources for over 160 expectant parents and families and comprehensive educational and developmental services to over 550 at-risk children from newborns to age five. • Youth Services: Provides out-of-school programs to children from kindergarten through sixth grades, mentoring to at-risk sixth through eight graders, and STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) focused academic enrichment and college preparatory programs to high school students, serving more than 400 students annually. • Comprehensive Family Support and Community Services: Connects nearly 800 children & families to comprehensive resources that meet their educational, job and health-related goals on a continued basis.
