GaETC
Dr. Beeland is an Associate Chair for the GaETC. He is currently the Director of Federal Programs and School Improvement Coordinator for the Barrow County School System. He has 15 years of experience managing technology at the school and district level. Dr. Beeland has provided instruction on integrating technology around the country and has many years of experience providing technology instruction at the collegiate level. He is currently a part-time Assistant Professor at Kennesaw State University.
