James M Zotti

James M Zotti is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT Service Management, specializing in Change Management. Currently serving as Associate Manager for IT Service Management (Change Management) at GAF since February 2017, Zotti focuses on utilizing the ServiceNow Change Management tool and ensuring adherence to Change Management processes. Prior to GAF, Zotti held pivotal roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2005 to 2016, managing Change Management processes for a major healthcare provider in Canada and overseeing Requests for Change (RFC) processes in a dynamic environment. Zotti also has extensive project management experience from AT&T Consumer Services, where significant projects were delivered ahead of schedule. Zotti holds an MBA from Monmouth University and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from Montclair State University, along with certifications including ITIL V3 Foundation and PMP.
